I've had to limit my hobby loves over the years, our income just couldn't keep up with all the kids and my itching hands. Now the kids are out of diapers and more independant in their homeschooling and I've found an old woodburner kit in the closet, it was my husband's from many years ago. It smells wonderful while I'm burning. Finding the perfect picture and making it come alive is so satisfying. I've started hanging them on my own walls just to look at them and enjoy them before they sell. The latest direction I'm going is word art. Different fonts and calligraphy combining to make my favorite quotes, then burning them into wood. Come into my shop and look around, the pieces are all unique and there are quite a few styles to choose from, some rustic, some art deco, some that can't be defined. Custom pieces are my joy and pleasure so if you think of something I'll be happy to do it.
